Spouse/Dependent Coverage

A student may enroll their spouse, child(ren) or family in the student BCBS insurance plan as long as the student is enrolled in the insurance plan too.

 

To enroll a spouse or child(ren), the student must go to the Student Insurance Office located in Curry Health Center Rm. 111 and fill out the appropriate form.

 

The student has until the 15th class day to do enroll dependents; no one can be enrolled after the 15th class day.

 

The student will also need to bring a check or money order made out to BCBS for the appropriate premium rate.

 

The premium rate for dependents does not include the premium for the student.
