UM Departments

The UC is available for departments to use for a variety of events including staff meetings, trainings and conferences. For departmental business and events, i.e., staff meetings, staff training, and staff receptions, facility rental fees are offset by the President’s Office. The department may be responsible for set-up and tear-down fees if applicable. We welcome departments to utilize our conference facilities for other uses; however, such uses will be charged at the departmental discounted billing rate. You will find that our rates are very competitive within the Missoula community and our technology and service far superior.
