Transitions - Leadership WorkshopThe University Center at The University of Montana will host a group workshop titled “Transitions” on Tuesday, April 17, designed to teach outgoing student group leaders goal setting strategies and how to pass down a legacy and vision to incoming leaders. Dinner is also provided at this event.

The motto for this workshop is “Vision–Reality—Leadership,” which originates from the following quote: “Leadership is the capacity to translate vision into reality” by Warren G. Bennis.
The 2012 Student Leadership Conference, will focus on the many faces of leadership, and will have attendees leaving feeling empowered to utilize their leadership resources to be powerful, personal leaders with global perspective. The foundations for the 14th annual conference are strongly rooted in the Social Change Model of Leadership, helping individuals reach their leadership potential through opportunities to learn leadership skills and explore the individual, group and societal values that surround leadership.
"Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has."
