Certify Online

In order to provide you with the fastest service possible we have put your semester check-in sheet online. This is huge step in streamlining the certification process to the VA and helping us track our progress and services to you. Before you fill out this form there are a few things that you need to remember; HHP classes such as billiards and swing dance classes can't count as any of your 12 credits and the VA won't pay for those credits or any associated fees, you must waive the sustainability fee in order to finalize your bill, parking permits are not covered by the VA unless you are Vocational Rehabilitation (Ch. 31), 12 credits is considered full time for undergraduates and 9 credits is full time for graduates while 6 credits is half time for everyone, every time you add, drop or withdraw from a class or all classes you must fill out this form and submit it to the VETS Office. We are continually trying to do everything that we can to ensure that you are having the best possible service, if there are ways that you feel that we can improve our services please let us know.

Below please select what action it is that you are wanting to take with your benefits and then fill out the form completely before submission. In order to keep you out of repayment with the VA it is important that we have the most up to date information possible. Be sure to provide a list of all classes that you are taking for the semester, any classes that aren't submitted on this form or updated on this form will not be assessed and submitted to the VA for payment. After you have submitted the form you will receive an automatically generated email saying that your submission was received, please keep this for your records. Within seven to ten business days you will recieve a second email, either from the VA or from the VETS Office, confirming that action was taken on your submission. We thank you for your patience with us while we get this new system up and running and look forward to serving you faster and more efficently in the near future.
