CIRT - Crisis Intervention Referral Team

The Crisis Intervention and Referral Team (CIRT) is composed of campus professionals charged with identifying, assessing, and responding to serious or potentially serious incidents related to student mental health, physical health or conduct which, if disregarded, could threaten the health and safety of the student or the campus community. 

• Disruptive Incident Report Form : Refer to this form if you would like to report a disruptive student incident.
• CIRT Referral Form : Refer to this form if you would like to alert the CIRT to a student that was recently or still is in crisis, and to ensure them the necessary help.
• Hazing and Harassment Hotline: Refer to this resource to report incidents of hazing or harassment.

CHARGE:

The Crisis Intervention and Referral Team (CIRT) will identify, assess and respond to serious or potentially serious incidents related to student mental health, physical health or conduct, which, if disregarded, could threaten the health and safety of the student or campus community. The nature of an incident will dictate the type of protocol used to confer wtih selected University personnel.
