The Division of Student Affairs sponsors several events for students, staff, and faculty every year.

The University of Montana Presents the 21st Annual International Culture and Food Festival, A Taste of Traditions, Sunday, March 25th, 12 Noon - 5pm, University Center, Admission $5, Children 3-12 $3, World Food Bazaar, Five Hour International Culture Show, Cultural Pavilions & More. With 4th Annual Good Cause Fundraiser: Griz for Unicef. Donations Welcomed at the Door. Hosted by the International Student Association & Foreign Student and Scholar Services. This year’s 2012 International Culture and Food Festival offered a taste of more than forty countries at the Food Bazaar. Festivalgoers also took in entertainment at the Culture Show and Children's World.

UM's International Student Association and the office of Foreign Student and Scholar Services sponsored this year's International Culture and Food Festival.

Diversity Programming

UC Diversity Programming aims to unite students, staff and faculty in building a more diverse and welcoming campus.

  • Day of Dialogue, a campus-wide series of events focused on topics of diversity, is held every fall.
  • Tunnel of Oppression,  an interactive event  that highlights contemporary issues of oppression, held March 19-21, 2012 in the UC Ballroom.

U Matter Forum

UM SEEKS STUDENT INPUT ON SEXUAL ASSAULT AT ‘U MATTER’ FORUM

The “U Matter” forum was held February 13th and 22nd, 2012. The forum was designed and intended to engage small-group conversation on sexual assault, misconceptions and safety, as well as encourage student involvement in combating issues discovered through a University investigation on alleged sexual assaults on and off campus. WelcomeFeast

Held at the beginning of the fall, WelcomeFeast jump starts the semester with free food, live music, and fun and games.

Heart Walk
