This publication outlines the rights and responsibilities of students at The University of Montana and governs all student conduct. Students are responsible for knowing, understanding, and abiding by the Code, and are encouraged to refer to it often. Being a student at UM presupposes a commitment to the principles and policies embodied in the Code.
